Biography: Deep sea captain. He and his wife were first cousins – she was a daughter of the ‘Ceannaiche’ in Camusterrach. He was a keen angler, and helped to put trout on a lot of the lochs in the hills above Camusterrach. When he was with the Bank Line, he had a lot of Applecross men in his crew.
